Alida Wellness is a Detroit wellness brand built around the connection between mind, body, and spirit, offering cold plunge, sauna, and recovery experiences designed to support total wellness. We shot a series of events for Alida, capturing how movement and recovery come together to tell a bigger story: taking care of your physical health is just as much about taking care of your mind. This video follows an event with City Sweat Club, a Detroit fitness organization, as members moved through a high-intensity guided workout before easing into Alida's cold plunge and sauna. The night rounded out with food, drinks, and good company, a full-circle moment of pushing your body and then giving it the recovery it deserves.
